Who we are
Changzhou Acetech Electric Co., Ltd. (“Acetech”, “we”, “us”) manufactures AC, EC and BLDC motors for HVAC equipment. Our registered address is B2209, No. 2 Yanzheng Rd, Wujin District, Changzhou, Jiangsu, P.R. China. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at sales@acetechcn.com or (+86) 0519 86329213.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your inquiry and to run this website:
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, the product category you select and the content of your message. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and analytics tools record your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you visit and the time of your visit.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive personal data through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on a possible order.
- To understand which pages and products visitors find useful, so we can improve the site.
- To measure whether our advertising is reaching the right people.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations where applicable.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and operating our website, on your consent where you have given it (for example for analytics cookies), and on the performance of a contract when we supply goods to you.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-722NGEGZ0V) — aggregated statistics on visits, pages and traffic sources. We do not use it to identify you personally.
- Google Ads — conversion measurement, so we can tell whether a click on one of our ads led to a contact form submission.
These services are provided by Google. Information about how Google uses data from sites that use its services is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Analytics across all websites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage advertising personalisation at adssettings.google.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but some preferences may not be remembered.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and our business — website hosting, email delivery, and Google for the analytics and advertising measurement described above — and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and quotations are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, normally up to three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Aggregated analytics data is retained according to the retention setting of our Analytics account.
International transfers
We are based in China and our service providers may store data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent to analytics at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@acetechcn.com; we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, and if you are a California resident you may request disclosure or deletion of personal information and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to inquiry data is limited to staff who need it to answer you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date below.
